Deborah Dunleavy, propective MP for Bolton North East visited Winter Watch to highlight their efforts on National Homeless Sunday.
She was shown around by Dave Bagley who helps run Winter Watch and he told Deborah of the difficulties the organisation faces in terms of helping to turn around people's lives.
Speaking at the event Deborah said 'What I really like about Winter Watch is they don't just provide heat and food, its there at weekend when you have simply nowhere else to go. Come Monday morning they will work in conjunction with other projects where advice on housing and benefits is availible.'
'Its our social and morale obligation to help those in need, and all the volunteers from Bolton who work here until 2am should be applauded.'
