
A staggering 15,152 homes in Bolton North East could be at risk of defaulting on mortgage payments and losing their homes. Data from Experian, the credit agency, shows that the households have a sub-prime loan exposure, and may be now struggling with debt. This represents around 40% of the homes across the Bolton North East constituency.
